"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is compact but is in such a perfect location. Everything we needed. The king sized bed is the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We have two dogs and the numerous walks surrounding the property are fantastic. Spoilt for choice. Shepherds next door is a super friendly cafe and also a small shop. Pasties are fab. Our labradoodle girls and us had such a wonderful time."

"The perfect place for a little stay. Children and I were very comfortable in the cottage. Everything we needed was there - Cosy bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, great shower and smart TV. Our friends booked the cottage next door which was an ideal set up for us. Beautiful walks straight out of the door. The children really loved playing in the village stream. Village shop next door is really good and also the heritage centre shop, and the bakery is incredible- a must visit!! Sure we’ll be back. Thank you!"

"We had a lovely stay at Parkmill, perfect location for a walk to Three Cliffs and 5 minute drive to Tor Bay and Oxwich. The place was lovely and had everything we needed, Gwilym was very accommodating when we asked to bring our dog too. The electric charging point was handy for our journey home. I’m sure we will be back next year!"

"I grew up in Swansea and knew this was the best place to base us to explore the Gower and Swansea. Great distance between Mumbles for walks and shopping and the west of the Gower for beaches and sightseeing. And the cottage is right on the doorstep of Three Cliffs walk which is my fav beach. We walked it three times a day and is a must for anyone visiting the Gower. The accommodation is cosy downstairs, but has a sofa for 2/3 and a single armchair. We found it ideal for our family of 4 (two kids 12 & 10) and small dogs. Great location and would love to re visit."

"Great place to stay on Gower. Lovely walk through the woods and over golf course to the beach with amazing views on the way. It is a good mile to the beach, not just round the corner, but the walk in itself was a real pleasure even in New Years Day weather. The house is great, room enough for 4 people and comfortable, clean etc. Gower Peninsular is an amazing place, we will be back for sure. So many amazing beaches, cliffs, moors and beautiful scenery. Plenty of lovely restaurants in nearby Mumbles and much more in the locality."

"We spent 2 days at Gwilyms lovely little cottage. It was perfect, we walked our dog & 2 kids down to 3 cliffs bay to enjoy the beach on new year day. We enjoyed coffee from the cafe, walked to the Gower inn nearby & played games into the night in our cosy retreat. Thank you Gwilym"

"Gwilym kindly accommodated us and our dog last minute late on a Monday evening after our original Airbnb booking fell through on arrival! Really grateful to him for responding and getting us checked in so quickly. Lovely clean apartment with everything you need and beautiful walks to three cliffs bay and beyond right on the doorstep- the location for dog walking without needing to drive at all was better than what we originally had which was handy! Lovely welcome package with cakes and tea, coffee etc on arrival too, thank you :)"

"Fantastic, cosy well equipped cottage, in one of the best locations on the Gower. A minutes hop from one of the Gowers great walks, to Three Cliffs beach. Situated next door to Shepard’s store & cafe and the Gower heritage centre, which are both great for pre or post walk coffees. If I could have ticked 6 for location I would have! Would 100% stay again!"
